Materials
We've added Wx Glass
parameters to the categories Materials and Finishes, which allow you to apply individual materials the each pane's glass.
Exterior and interior render offset top
We've added new instance parameters Render Offset Top Exterior
and Render Offset Top Interior
, which allow you to control the interior and exterior render offsets for the head independent of the sides. Previously, the head and sides were controlled via the Render Offset Sides Exterior
and Render Offset Sides Interior
parameters.

Visibility
Detail level
We've fixed an issue where window trim, sill, roller shutter and handles weren't hidden in coarse mode.
Visibility / Graphic
We've added Roller Shutter, Handle and Glazing bar & Louver to subcategories, allowing for better visibility control.
Frame Depth
We've fixed an issue where the value for Frame Depth
couldn't be equally to the wall thickness.
Mullion & Transom Width
We've fixed an issue where, if the parameter Window Subframe Width
(v2) had a value greater than the Frame Width
parameter, the geometry of the frame was shown incorrectly. Now, the maximum value for the Mullion & Transom Width
(v3) parameter is automatically limited by the value of the Frame Width
parameter.
Window Depth Position
We've fixed an issue where Window Depth Position
was shown with different offset, when parameter Frame Depth
was set to equal or more than 70mm.
Glass Position
We've fixed an issue where the glass position was shown incorrect, when the parameter Frame Depth
was set to more then 70mm.
Elevation Symbol Lines and Handle
We've fixed an issue where the direction of elevation symbol lines was shown incorrect, when the value for Opening Swing
was set to 12, 14, 32, 34 and the parameter Symbol Lines Hinge Side
was enabled.
We've also fixed an issue where the handle wouldn't be visible when parameter Opening Swing
was set values 12, 14, 32, 34.
Phasing
We've fixed an issue where lines for frame and pane would be hidden, when host wall was set to "Phase Created: Existing".
Note:
Instead of the simple opening tool, this family uses various voids for the wall opening, to provide features like rough distance, render offsets, and taper reveals. This causes issues in the following scenarios:
- When placing the same window (copied instance or newly loaded) in the exact same place with different creation and demolition phases.
- When wall opening lines are hidden and host wall has "Phase Created: Existing", and window has "Phase Created: New Construction" (usually used in renovation).
Solutions for these scenarios are now described in the new manual.
Other improvements and changes
Parameters
With this version, we have decided to adjust some of the parameters to align with our other families and bring more consistency which should simplify the work with parameters. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change of parameter names, as it might affect some AIO Window families in your projects.

Note: Due to changes in Revit 2024 you should upgrade from a specially included separate family file for Revit 2024.
Revit version
Version 3 supports now all Revit & Revit LT versions from 2020.
