Parameters (In alphabetical order)
Calculate Glass Area
type parameter
in group analysis
Revit doesn't support reading values from nested families, which means that the bi-fold door family doesn't know if the set Panel Family has a glass or not. This parameter allows you to manually set if you want the Glass Area to be calculated for this type. That's useful if you have a door schedule with mixed doors with frame and full panel.
Cavity Closer Depth

The cavity closer depth, applied equally to all visible cavity closers.
Cavity Closer Offset from Exterior
type parameter
in group dimensions
The distance between the exterior wall face and the cavity closer, applied equally to all visible cavity closers.
Cavity Closer Visibility Bottom

Controls the visibility of the bottom cavity closer.
Cavity Closer Visibility Left

Flip the miter for the frame on the right (from exterior) between inside or outside facing.
Frame Corner Void Angle Left

The miter angle for the frame on the left (from exterior). Setting this parameter to a positive value allows to setup a corner frame. The angle gets applied either inside or outside facing, depending on the value of Frame Corner Void Angle Flip Left.
Frame Corner Void Angle Right
type parameter

Opening Void Offset Exterior
type parameter
in group dimensions
Extends the exterior opening void to cut any walls joined on the exterior side by setting the value to at least the thickness of the joined wall.
(Due to the render offset, this family doesn't use the opening tool, resulting in only cutting the opening into the actual host wall but not joined walls.)
Opening Void Offset Interior

Extends the interior opening void to cut any walls joined on the interior side by setting the value to at least the thickness of the joined wall.
(Due to the render offset, this family doesn't use the opening tool, resulting in only cutting the opening into the actual host wall but not joined walls.)

The panel is a nested family that can be switched with this parameter. By default the bi-fold door family comes with 2 options, a full panel and a frame panel. If the default options don't fully satisfy your needs and you feel comfortable in the family editor you can create your own panel.
We are going to add an article on how to add your own panel shortly.
