Updating your All-in-One Revit Family ...
You should backup your Revit Projects as well as the All-in-One Families before updating.

Every All-in-One Revit Family comes with the actual Version as Prefix to clearly indicate the current Version of the All-in-One Revit Family:
e.g. RFAM2221 - Elevator
RFA ... Revit Family
M / I ... Metric / Imperial
22 ... Unique Family ID
21 ... Version 2.10

If you want that the new Version updates all your previous Versions within your Revit Project, you would need to rename the Family within your Revit Project as the new updated version received prior to loading the updated Version. If you do not rename the previous Version, the new version will be loaded additionally rather then updating the previous Version you have in use.

The Version 2.1 Update is recommended for all users using the All-in-One Revit Elevator Family. It includes the following bug fix:
  • FIX: This release fixes an issue were the symbol lines for the car including the car doors as well as the counter weight and guide rails are not visible in plan view when the master is deactivated

The Version 2.0 Update is recommended for all users using the All-in-One Revit Elevator Family. It includes the following new features, modifications and improvements:
  • MODIFIED: This release modifies parameter names to terminology used in elevator industry
  • MODIFIED: This release brings a simplified and better organised (grouped and sorted) parameter structure
  • MODIFIED: This release modifies the supporting car steel frame
  • MODIFIED: This release modifies various formulas which solves various inaccurate positions
  • IMPROVED: This release improves the overall performance of the family
  • NEW: This release adds support to separately control the thickness for the shaft door as well as car door

  • FIX: This Release resolves an issue when the Door Frame is set to the same value then the Wall Thickness.

The 1.3 Update is recommended for all users using the All-in-One Revit Elevator Family. It includes general fixes and improvements that correct issues, including fixes that:
  • resolve an issue that does not show Rough Bottom Offset correct
  • change the Parameter name "Door Frame Head Thickness" to "Door Frame Head Height"
  • correct naming of Parameters in the PDF "How to use it" Manual

The 1.2 Update is recommended for all users using the All-in-One Revit Elevator Family. It includes general fixes and improvements that enhance the stability, functionality and correct issues, including fixes that:
  • resolve an issue that does not show the guide rails for the weight in every level plan view
  • resolve an issue that does not show the guide rails for the cabin in every level plan view
  • resolve an issue that does not show the single door cabin side frame in every level plan view
  • improve the automatic repositioning of the weights depending on the cabin access setting

The 1.1 Update is recommended for all users using the All-in-One Revit Elevator Family. It includes general fixes and improvements that enhance the stability, functionality and correct issues with the Manufacturer Type Catalog, including fixes that:
  • resolve an issue with the parameter “Door Frame Clear Height” to show the door frame correct
  • resolve an issue that does not show the cabin and cabin doors in every level plan view
  • resolve an issue that does not show the weight in every level plan view
  • resolve an issue with the parameter “Rough Distance Right” to calculate the width correct
  • resolve an issue that the distance between Weight and Guide Rail is measured to the center of these elements
  • resolve an issue that does not show the door frame rebate with correct dimensions in connection with a single panel door
  • resolve an issue to control the visibility of the cabin and the cabin doors independently as an instance (parameter “Symbollines”)
  • resolve an issue that does not show the supporting frame of the cabin correct in course, medium and fine mode
  • resolve an issue that moves the shaft in the opposite direction using the parameter “Shaft Width Position”
  • improve the functionality using the Front - Side configuration, calculating the shaft position automatically
